I usually outsource... Get a deposit for the design. I then find a nearby printer, mark it up a bit. Often they will find a cheaper printer than what I quote, but at least I get my $ for the design work. Cheers! Ken

If it is Coroplast... I would insisit on the 10mm sheets. Allow for expansion/contraction. In otherwords, don't fasten down tightly to the wall/wood backing. try to not have any of the vinyl span the seams. It will warp/buckle in the sun and cold. When using coro I only use intermediate ie...

Found it here... http://freefont.lipssclub.com/font2.html I havent used it for cut vinyl yet. It's looking OK. I find with my Graphtec, I need to place a hairline outline around all fonts or I otherwise get "voids" within the text. Thanks. Ken

There is a rope font..if you really want me to find it..it could take some time..then you could convert to curves and bend it as you wish. I would go that way. Find a free rope font..and tie some knots. Cheers! Ken
