    Check the user manual..I'm sure the heads need to be locked down. Try to avoid temperature extremes. Get the machine back up and running right away. Good luck! Ken

    If time is not an issue...go ahead and apply some vinyl. Yes, you need to remove any oils, wax, etc. Rapid tac has a product called Rapid-PREP for this purpose.\Cheers! kEN

    Removing the sign will not get your money back...but it would sure feel good! Depending on my state of mind..I'd be inclined to do the same. But it boils down to getting the deposit...that usually makes things go much better... Cheers! Ken

  16. Getting an in house laminator on a budget...opinions needed.

    BS is the Big Squeegee..It is a manual method of applying laminate to a print. Or a print to a substrate. Or, applying transfer tape to cut-out decals..it is berry good..takes some practice. There are other applications...and it is a low-cost solution to laminating. Cheers! Ken

    Yes..we COULD keep our unnecessay fonts in a folder called " extra fonts"....just right click on the fonts in that folder....and you can bring up the image...Drag and Drop... Keep your fonts to a minimum in Windows. Cheers ! Ken

    Well, sorry to say...BUT Arial is my MAIN font for clarity on just about any sign that needs legible typesetting...either Arial normal, bold or Arial Black...which I depend on a LOT. I ran into something similar a while back..when I didn't have any of the Helvetica fonts...where did they go...
