Are "Coro letters" letters made from Coroplast?
  2. Curious how others would've handled this order/customer

I wouldn't have warrantied shirts after 5 months, no matter the printing method. Especially since I have not found any DTG printer that provides good looking, durable prints. In my experience if they looked good for 5 months that is better than average. Most of the ones I have had printed don't...
  3. Shuttle Bus Wrap Price Check

In our market $7430 would be high, but not $3000 high. I think $5000-6000 would be the ballpark.
  4. Question Can't find anymore.......................

Bull Steel still makes them, and they have been suppliers for the big distributors, or you can order directly. https://www.bullsteel.com/collections/frames-for-24-x-18-signs
  5. Puzzled by recent plasticizer migration

It all comes down to the specifics of which plastic polymers they are using and which plasticizers they are using. Vinyl is not one uniform thing. It's a category of plastics, and there are many variations within the category.
  6. Puzzled by recent plasticizer migration

Or it's because of reformulation to remove phthalates because of CPSC regulations.
  7. 6mm ACM or 5mm AlumaCorr?

For a sign that's only a 4x8, held by the edges, you can use 3mm ACM, 6MM ACM or Alumacorr. They are all strong enough.
  8. Substituting fluorescent bulbs

T8's will light up in a T12 system but the ballast is different from what they are designed for (because T8's produce light a different way than T12's, using internal electronics rather than electromagnetic induction). The T8 is more efficient if used with the right ballast. If you use a T12...
  9. 10mm coroplast cut tool?

If it's handheld, it's not CNC. CNC stands for computer numeric control. If it's handheld it's BHC. Or BAC.
  10. Cut Contour Window Graphics Peeling

Not enough Windex used to clean the window. Adhesive remover is oily and will prevent adhesion of vinyl. It takes a lot of soapy water or Windex to get it off.

Don't sweat that. Just make them and let the finish be what it is.

  15. Abbey-Small Caps Font

Maybe they mean Downton Abbey Small Caps. Which is just Caslon Regular done in small cap style.
  16. Unique Vinyl Project - Glow In The Dark

If the photo is what they want it to look like, then reflective is the answer. Glow in the dark vinyl does not look like that. You will hardly be able to even see it in a totally dark room. And it only lasts a very short time. Unfortunately, you may have to get a sample of the glow in the dark...
  17. Unique Vinyl Project - Glow In The Dark

Yeah, I think what they really want is reflective. If they are meant for car windows, there will always be headlights on at night.
  18. Discussion Copyright and tattoos

The issue with this car was not copyright/trademark infringement, but an agreement purchasers of new Ferraris sign which gives the selling dealer first right of refusal if the purchaser wants to sell the car in the first two years of ownership. This prevents car speculation/flipping with their...
