Viruses be Virusin'

Take a look at Logojet, Direct Color systems and Mimaki. I am sure I am missing one. Remember too that these printers need to run alot to avoid clogged heads - heads are expensive to replace.

Also calendared vinyl is the worst for small text. Cast has always been best for me.

That stuff is HEAVY - I would pre feed as much as possible so the cutter motor doesn't have to lift it off the rollers. Some folks run MX graphics and such with a table behind and in front of the cutter.

Yeah - that cable combo sounds like a mess. Do you have a serial port on this computer? If so run the Gerber serial plotter cable.
