Ah ok. Interesting. We are running an LG-640 with a single 8 color head. Did you check your ink expiry dates for red and orange? We lost red almost completely (only a few nozzles remaining) then switched to new ink, renewed ink and the head came back to perfect condition.

Surely the print order is set in the rip? We regularly print white on top of cmyk by choice.

An update of my situation with the blurry red UV prints. We have been advised that the ink expiry date is critical. We received new ink from our supplier, installed it, performed ink renewal, and now it prints perfectly. Roland have shortened the expiry dates on ECO UV Red and Magenta to 10...

Did you ever resolve this issue? We have the exact same problem but with red. All other colours are perfect, no dropout, no misalignment. Even the red test print is perfect, but when it prints the red is blurry. We reported this to our dealer who has filed a report through Roland DG online...

Is this procedure and voltage settings the same for Edge FX?

You need to run higher full pressure setting and fine tune the flexcut depth using the blade extension. This way the cut depth will be even on x and y axis cuts.

Do you have enough blade extension? What temperature are you cutting at? 300g is low for that kind of thickness, even with heat. We used to put weights on the blade holder to consistently cut thick material on versacamms. In the end we ran special blades and blade holders.
