We print on clear when we are already using translucent faces. We print two panels, one for inside the face and one outside. Best way we have found for getting good color on backlit jobs with our L25.

Your profile may not print white as 0/0/0/0. In Flexi, there is a setting to print each CMYK color as 100% if that is what the file calls for, no matter what the current profile would adjust it too. It also has that option for white. Don't know if Versaworks has that option, but I always have...

Have you tried a different profile in Flexi? It seem that how well profiles are made really shows in the gradients.

At least you were proactive rather then waiting for the injury to happen like we did. Thinking about it right now makes my finger hurt, but I did basically the same thing.

Oracal here, but yep, it looks great.

We got our laminator through PCSS, but its the same model as a USTech Pro series. Been really happy with it, just wish we would of gotten the heated model.
