  1. Ultraflex Jetflex Banner Profile

With the Key banner that we had been getting from Grimco I would have to run more passes on the 38" as well. I just chalked it up to the fact that since it was narrower media, that it didn't get as much cure time in the printer as the 60" would.
  2. Color bleeding on L26500

    Are your heaters working properly??
  3. SDS Drill..................

We have a Bosch corded here, on those kind of jobs I wouldn't use anything else. What's fun is pulling out the 36" bit when we have long penetrations to make.
  4. Self Healing Cutting Mats

I just ordered a new set of Rhinos from Global Industrial. Wasn't for this stupid weather I would of had them today.
  5. HP L25500 Banding

If you have the room, print color bands along the sides of the print. Had some issues with color drop out and that fixed my issues.
  6. No Name Heat Press'

Everything we have here is Hix. They are produced locally, and we picked ours up from the plant.
  7. Thermal to Latex

On the Summa, what brand of vinyl are you trying to run through it? Oracal 651 works here without issue.
  8. tablets... what are you using if you have one?

Nexus 7s here, rolled them out to every employee about a month ago. Cut down on paper waste a lot since our workflow is now paperless.
  9. Geek Wraps - great service!

Have a couple of their items, magnets seemed a little pricey, but liked what we have bought so far.
  10. Different monitor setups, what do you have?

Pair of 24"s here. A lot nicer then when I was using 2 19" CRTs
  11. HP L25500 - Printhead Drop Detector

I did a google search for HP L25500 Service Manual and it was the last link on the page, it went to a .ca website, it was a direct link to a pdf. Not sure if posting it directly is kosher since another site I found removed it due to HPs request.
  12. Story has nothing to do with signs.

We had something similar happen, though the guys wasn't dressed nice, was walking down the street, and seemed far less believable. I'm a Scoutmaster for a local Troop and one night a guy came up to us after the meeting and gave us a line about needing to get bus fare to make it to some other...
  13. Flexi Cloud Is Here!

Would be nice if it floated like the other boxes, that way you could drop it on another screen.
  14. Flexi Cloud Is Here!

Steph- Any thoughts on being able to control the PM through a remote interface, like a tablet?
  15. Flexi Cloud Is Here!

Not saying the Flexi is perfect, but I get good color printing to our L25500 with it. Even in low ink mode at six pass. Don't know about using excess ink but I don't have any drying issues at that speed. Looking forward to installing this on our production machines. They just need to add remote...
  16. Alumalite for routed letters???

We have done it, but with 1/4" material. We scuffed the back side of the material and used an adhesive and Gemini style pads. Worked out alright, again if the customer is okay with the edges looking as they will.
  17. Since No One Else is Saying Anything...

Fun game to watch. Jim did his usual temper tantrum. Officials, on purpose or not, let the guys play and didn't nit pick every possible foul. Commercials though, suckage.
  18. Recommend a plotter to me.

Summa, then the problem is that nothing else will ever be good enough
  19. HP L25500 Loading Issue

Only real issue I have had loading media was non-paper backed fabrics. Other then that, I keep pushing until it starts pulling it.
  20. too much snow to go to work?

Around here, less then an inch. That's just cause everyone flips out when the pavement isn't dry and starts driving 10mph everywhere.
