I agree with DL above. I would also add that these older JV33 models tend to need the ink lines and o-rings throughout the whole machine changed. Anytime I have random ink flow issues on a JV33 or CJV30 I change the dampers, then the damper connector and o-ring and if that doesn't do the trick...

Part of the reason for this might be that the LUS inks are used much more often on the larger flatbeds and roll to roll printers so they go through much more than the smaller ones.
If the same colors that were not printing on the old head are not printing on the new head, that points to ink flow issues as well. Do you see any air in the lines above the damper? Did the damper for the magenta and yellow fill with ink? If not then it's probably just air getting in from a bad...
