WS Display goes up to 5' that I have seen. But you wouldn't want a 6' or 7' because it would require two people to pull up and hook and rolling it back down would be a nightmare.
All post and panels I do is for realtors and they want cheap of the cheap, no accents, trim, moldings, nothing. Throw away when done.
If it's a permanent sign for a business, I only use powder coated steel or aluminum posts.
We have red clay and strong dirt. But I still don't see how 6X6's look better. Are you building an entire framing system? or just using brackets and putting between the posts?

Why use 6X6's? I always do 10' pressure treated 4X4's with one bag of concrete in each hole. To this day, never had a problem in years. I've seen many signs with no concrete tilted and falling over. If you don't use concrete, bury them 30" but with concrete do 24"
There are several floor vinyls out there and many don't require a UV printer. I have some for Eco-Solvent. You will have issues if you don't use the correct vinyl. Also make sure the vinyl is slip-resistant. Using a gloss laminate will cause people to fall and you will have a lawsuit on your...
Whoever designed this needs to be shot. Why do people use black backgrounds with back-lit? Horrible idea. You guessed it, completely unreadable at night.
