I was just wondering what you guys are using under Palladium leaf? I have not used any in a while but it seems like I used white as a base coat.

Are you running with the color bar on? I see that sometimes and it will be a couple nozzles out side by side. Map the nozzles and keep getting it. We always run color bar and rarely turn it off. Just my guess.

Rough guess here is about 45 mins. cutting time for each sheet.

Sign Craft is the most relevant to what we do, but i look at Sign Builder too.

We clear shield any banner that is used long term. Especially pole banners. Makes them outlast all the one that don't do it. You can tell the ones not laminated, they start getting ate up on the top pole faster. I know of 1 large banner we put up that still looks great and pushing 4 years now.

We have used the 223 with very good results. Mostly applied to windows.
