I put the VHB tape on the letters. I then stick these letters onto a clear liner (like 8518 liner) that is over top of my pattern. Then I transfer tape them in place. Go to job site and line up on wall like vinyl. Tape top and pull liner out from behind and stick to wall. Pic below is after...
Hey Moze, I use map marker on Android. Its uses Google maps too. I use it mainly on larger sign jobs . Sometimes it's nice to see the range your getting.
I think that ams must be referring to the contractor license B, which is for single projects worth 120k. Most of the contacts that we work for ask for at least a 2 million insurance policy.
We use both of those here. We use the 226 for windows. Most of the time they are only up for 6 months or so. We use the 2611 on walls. Mostly for temp. exhibits at museums. I think the Avery prob. looks a little better on the wall since its a little more flexible. Both are easy to use.
Covering the holes may work. I have done this before with a piece of 1''x 8'' long transfer tape on the edge so it would detect it when the head moved over it. Then it would work fine.
We have had chip problem too. On 3 occasions we have had the bag run dry without the printer ever calling for replacement. Luckily ever since the first time I watch it close when level reads LOW. On the last occasion half the print test on one head was missing. Replaced ink did maintenance and...
