I have used All Wood sign blanks before in a pinch. They are ok, mostly made up of 3'' strips but it is vertical grain. Doesn't quite have the feel of a 2 x 12 built sign. Yes, check your settings. Your line one seems about right for cut vinyl without knowing coverage and type vinyl being used. Print price not so much.

I recently tried the Sika post mix you can buy at Home Depot for a few smaller signs. Seems to be ok, but we have clay soil around here so it fills fast.I don't think i'd use it on larger signs, but single post and smaller double post seems like a good fit.

We use Signlab as well as AI. Without knowing your printing setup, I would try printing with profiles off and then on to see if thats the issue.

Maybe you meant to hit COPY. I think if you lift the bar and reset using roll 1 or roll 2 it loses that info. Maybe totally off point here. Video will help.

If you are in the range of Pioneer supply, I know they have 2 w-64s they are selling cheap. I have a w-64s and they work great if you are looking for a solvent printer. Once a week cleaning ( 5 mins.) and good to go. And CPManager is nice too that comes with it.
