these are the new printers in service. so yeah the other ones are pickled. have the styrofoam around them, are good to go and ready to ship. incredibly well maintained.

just pulled em out of service. usage sheets were printed right before unplug. here they are for anyone that is interested. i was off about the sq/ft and for that i apologize. not trying to deceive anyone. i was at home when i posted the thread. and we have printed about 22 rolls through them...

we print everything at 600dpi. unless you are doing fine art repros there is no need to go higher.

8 pass bi for wraps, 6 pass bi for banners and decals here. but we also own our own automated spectro so we can dial in our ink limits etc. i would never try that with a canned profile.

we have two generators. one coleman/briggs stratton that is 3.5k and LOUD. i mean loud. you can hear it a mile away. we also have a honda eu2200 that we use on our sport yacht that you cant hear from 20 feet away. just make sure you consider the noise polution when you decide on your purchase.

typically if for cut vinyl, its a cast product such as 751 for oracal or digitally printed its an ij180c with 8520 matte lam.
