    Claussen pickles in the refrigerated section are the best. If you can get the garlic ones that's even better. Pickles don't belong on burgers and suck when warm but are fine on the side served cold. One of the local pizza shops in town throws a low budget pickle into the styrofoam container...

    Sweet news...:thumb: Since your changing it out regularly, try changing the bling/type fill on the main copy to solid white and beef up the black outline. Hit them in the face with good contrast... Have you tried a different colored background?

    Looks like banner fuzz stuck on the print heads causing drips. Have you done a manual head cleaning?

    IJ40 is for flat surfaces. It's not the proper material.

    Make sure it's translucent white poly, not opaque white poly.

    Many manufacturers, make sure it's translucent and use the correct side facing out. It will be printed on the paper mask.

    3/16 polycarb should be fine if fit correctly.

    Check with some other suppliers in your area. 5 ft. is readily available, it comes on a roll to some of the larger suppliers. They sell it by the foot.

    Have you looked into the price difference? Won't be much... The existing one "being cracked up bad" is all the reason to use Polycarbonate.
