    I stand behind the printer and hold the sides of the vinyl down flat while spreading outwards for about a minute while it's printing. Once it's flattened out you can let it go by itself.

    Versaworks 6 is 64bit. Except the settings in the program only allow to set up to 3072MB as the max memory usage for RIP. How big is the actual file and is it EPS?

    Any cast vinyl should work great on the tank. I still think someone blasted it with a pressure washer, but you may never find out what really happened.

    Roland- True Vis sg2-300 Printing Issues - HELP

    Go in the menu, and goto Media Gap Adjustment. Then goto detail setting and do a test print. It will print arrows under the current settings. Adjust the settings to the straightest lines for each one.
