Long story short we are still running Composer 2.0, had 1 computer with 5.0 but can't find the dongle. I have a file file that was saved in 5.0 that I need to open and saved as a eps. Any tricks or someone running 5.0 that could help me out.

Just tried this way and it does send over the file however it doesn't come over as the correct cut file. I know we are just missing some dumb step, but what is it.

We let customers know upfront that once a job is approved it goes right to production and no changes can be made. Most are fine and make the changes for the next order and some have reordered on the spot with the changes.
