It's more about how quick you can get new ink vs pushing it to the limit. On one of our printers I always have 1 of everything on hand, on my flatbed we usually reorder when the bags are half full.
We do our fair share of flat cut aluminum lettering and I am just looking for a more efficient way to stud lettering. We spend a lot of time matching letters to the pattern to mark stud placement.
Putting together some systems and was wondering if anyone has a chart reflecting stud placement for flat cut letters. I did a search and didn't come up with much thanks in advance.
We have both a 2550 and a IS8000. The braille insertion is great on the 2550 and it has the camera as well. We can keep both machines running all day. Support from Vision is pretty good, but not the best. I feel the Vision software is much easier to learn than the Gravograph.
We have an outside finance company available to customers who want to go that route. We get our money and if the customer defaults it's on the finance company to collect, not us.
