Not cutting a perfect circle is always in the interpretation of the information from the software to the hardware. You are correct in your last assumption that it is the cutter. Maybe uninstall and/or update drivers and start over....see what that does. :thumb: ~Gear

Does "Flexi Starter" have the trace plugin? I noticed you have it listed as the sign program you use. Regular Flexi has a great tracing ability built in. ~Gear
