Put some transfer tape on the boat then mark the correct alignment for the lettering on it . Remove the tape, lay it out flat, photograph it and design your graphic accordingly.

It seems kinda of silly to put that wording on the bench itself however, if that is what they want then I would suggest removing one or more of the wooden slats and routing the lettering into the wood or just masking and painting that wording on the bench slats.

I would say that is definitely a manufacturers proprietary font however, FHA Sign Devinne will get you 85% there with some minor tweaking.
