Fred, when you go to Amazon why are there two different listings for the same item at two different prices? Is this Amazon thing just a new sales outlet for you or is there more to this story? Are you continuing to produce new collections?
Put some transfer tape on the boat then mark the correct alignment for the lettering on it . Remove the tape, lay it out flat, photograph it and design your graphic accordingly.
It seems kinda of silly to put that wording on the bench itself however, if that is what they want then I would suggest removing one or more of the wooden slats and routing the lettering into the wood or just masking and painting that wording on the bench slats.

I agree, if they are asking for a quote on mask then provide it to them that way. Most likely they will be spraying the logo and then the mask is more appropriate, though extremely large and unmanageable. One thing to be careful of is that the mask material you provide is good for the particular...
