For SAV vinyl the Optimizer setting in your Media Preset should be set around 12. Never seen a need to go above 18. Are you serious it was set that high?

Yes in the Media Preset there is a tension setting. You can make that adjustment while it is printing or in the Advanced section of the Media Preset.

Where are you getting the media presets from for the 560. You surly can't use the ones for the 360 as the heat setting for the 360 would way to high for the 560 given the different curing design. For those running both the 360 and 560 how much lower do you need to set the curing heat on the 560?
