If you tamp the dirt back in right then no, it is possible to get a very tight post without concrete. That said, a bag of post set can't hurt and it is necessary it you have wet or muddy ground that does not pack. Kevin

macmedia is bad news, owes me $1200. I've told the story a couple times on here but basically I bought a board with a 60 day warranty, it didn't work, sent it back with his e-mail permission, he received the board but never refunded my money.

I know this is from last fall, but I had the same type of crap with MacMedia. Bought a re-built board with 60 day return, installed it and it never worked, sent it back with e-mail permission from him and he has never refunded my cc. Stole $1200 from me. Stay away. Kevin

Yep, pass on Lusterboard. I have not had good success with it, if you went and painted the edge every 6 months it might hold up but that would be my best guess. I went to 6mm MaxMetal for almost everything. Kevin

A couple jobs a week should be fine, I don't print every day. I wouldn't let it go a whole week, but 3-4 days would work. As far as getting it back up and going, that could be a whole different story. Sitting for long periods of time are not good. kevin
