try to be as consistent as possible, same strokes with the squeegee, same removal of the backing. that way when/if there is stretching it is at a similar rate

We print our vinyl with a zero margin, use the laminator to stick to the magnet and then hand cut a sharp blade with a straight edge.Very fast
The other point is why a banner?
Yes I see that is what they want, but why? are they assuming this is the "cheapest" option?
if this a one off project, use a removable vinyl and remove after it is done.

the correct way would be to get a tension frame, much better end results on visual and for changing out the future graphics.
