Not exactly that black and white.
Personally I think you should call the other shop and just tell them that you're glad to keep doing their printing for them and you value their orders but that if one of their customers comes to you have to bid on it because you're in business to make you a...
I like the top right but it needs some tweaking. The doors and the chimney just look stuck on there, and probably are since you're just hashing out ideas. You'll also have to work on it so it translates as ice cream in a cup instead of weird poop.
Your biggest problem is going to be that the prints are 48" x 48". Your packaging needs to be a little oversized so that you've got protection all around. Since standard materials are only 48" wide you're looking at having to seam pieces together.
Had a customer do that one time. Decided to get it off himself, heat didn't work, razor blades were taking too long, chemicals didn't budge it so he had his guys grind if off. Brought it to me, told him the prints were'nt going to last on the raw aluminum, it would have to be painted. So he...
If he wants coro give him the price for coro....then tell him that 3mm aluminum composite will last 10 times longer and only costs $20 more than 10mm coro.
Have you tried calling Nikkalite? I know they'll sell full rolls direct, they might have a way to slit it for you too. Heck, if you save as much on a full roll over what you'd been paying as I did you'd more than cover the cost of buying a slitter.
I think about that every time somebody mentions customers not wanting quality in one thread then turning around in another thread and suggesting you buy tools at Harbor Freight.

Mark the edges of the sign on the wall before you remove it. Cut through the tape with fishing line tied to a couple of handles.
When you go to reinstall the signs stick new VHB inside the lines you marked and not over the old VHB tape.
If your old VHB is in the wrong place to make that...

I've done that and had the designer call complaining that I'd sent his artwork on a proof sheet that had my logo on it. He basically accused me of trying to steal his artwork since I hadn't credited him.
HE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY GETTING THE WORK DONE AND HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS GOING...
They're just like politicians. They all want to have SOME input in the final product so they can justify their existence. The final result doesn't matter as much as them stroking their ego.
