Fred's right, Open Sans Bold with 1500 units of tracking is a perfect match. The rounded terminals that make it look like Calibri are probably the result of whatever low quality source the image came from (i.e. if you use contrast to sharpen blurry letters, this happens).

That looks like good old Calibri Bold to me. Stretched a little.

The last time I asked our woodworking shop about this (a few years ago), they told me HDU is still way too expensive here in BC due to exchange rates and/or taxes, so they primarily use Western Red Cedar for sandblasting.

A design online tool is great if you're trying to attract online clients that have zero budget. It's a niche market that already has big players like Vistaprint that you'll be competing with. If you're planning to run a regular, local sign shop, don't invest in a "design it yourself" online...

Yes, Papong is probably the closest you'll get, if you need that "r" with the uptick flourish. Otherwise, Papong is actually a cheap knockoff of Perpetua. If Papong is missing anything you need, just use Perpetua instead. The reason why Papong has a different "r" is because that little flourish...

That's quite a failure, after all the marketing that went into it. They did a fantastic job of selling the new brand to agents – here's the promo video they did, which is definitely worth watching if you're into branding.
