The Roland spot colors will print a shade or two different depending on the media you are printing on and the profile your using. You would need the color samples from the vendor to compare them to a printed Roland swatch on the material you are using to get it right.

Solvent inks are transparent so the printed color will reflect also. Stay away from avery. Oracal and 3M have printable reflectives.

3M makes the best reflective out there.

What are you printing on?

Use the empty cores from your expended vinyl rolls as take up cores. You'll never run out and have to remove the liner...

The core slides on and off with ease. When the laminate is used up you just slide off the take-up core (that has the liner) and replace it with the new empty core you just used up.

Am I missing something here? Load a new roll of laminate along with a empty core for the backer paper. When the roll of laminate is used up replace both.

I don't think I've ever seen it used w/ caps.

First impression was a tattoo or race shop not a sign/wrap business. I thought it read Hugh also. Also: Looks like you dotted the right stem of the H on the drivers side; I'd apply some white in the crease of the door handle...
