FYI, you will need a multimeter. If you don't have one, you can pick one up at Home Depot for a few bucks. If you haven't used one before, no worries, I walk you through it.

What color ink cartridges are in the printer? The 160S is a 3 head printer using CMYKLcLm, meaning it uses light cyan & light magenta inks. I do not see the light inks in your nozzle test.

It only uses 1 wiper and 1 felt wiper. Both heads are inline, not staggered, so they both use the same wipers.

You have an encoder issue. What did you clean the encoder strip with? Hopefully not cleaning solution! Code 0110 is bad data from the encoder strip. This is the best way to do this. You will need gloves, a clean microfiber cloth and acetone. Yes, acetone... It will not damage the encoder strip...

If you do any cable swapping, use the attached pic as a guide, as you don't want to swap cables on the same head. The 2 cables on a single head carry different data, signals, voltages, etc., so never swap on a single head, only from head to head as shown in the attached pic. Otherwise, you can...

The fuses you need to check are marked in the attached pic. Do as ExpertWideformat suggested with a syringe on the caps. Do pull very gently.

Power off, reseat the ribbon cables to the printheads you removed. FYI, the head rank code will have nothing to do with the heads not firing, it only affects the performance of the head firing correctly. Also, recheck all the ribbons and connections on the head board. See if everything works...
