You are are being mislead. That printer has 4 DX4 heads, one for each color. It is in CMYKx2 mode and all 4 heads appear to be damaged. So you are looking at several thousand dollars just for the heads, not counting whatever else may be wrong with it, plus labor. Go for a newer machine.

Try adjusting the media feed. Depending upon the printing pattern you are using, the Mutoh printers will give you vertical banding if the media feed is off, especially in the wave pattern.

Repairing these pumps is not the best approach. This pump style has always been considered a replacement part. Do yourself a favor and replace it also, but with a Mimaki OEM pump. In the case of this pump style, you get what you pay for, and generic pumps are known to fail prematurely.
