This is true for all states, Pa used to have what was called PUC# but they have been done away with unless you once had them. The USDOT numbers are to be registered in the state the company is registered in. Some companies register in more that one.

Most sign cabinets I work on are made of aluminum so aluminum screws are what I prefer. All the other ones cause galvanic process and weld them-self to the cabinets, then when trying to drill out cause a bigger problem. Aluminium doesn't rust.
