While you're at it, I think the best setting in Omega for the vinyl is 3M Deluxe Silver (which is no longer manufactured and is what the R-Tape Smooth Durable Silver replaces).

Unless the FDC material you are using is treated to be Edge Ready, you will not get acceptable results. The only chrome vinyl I know of that is Edge Ready is R-Tape VinylEFX Outdoor Durable Smooth Silver
