I have a few of them also (VectorScribe, Vector First Aid, InkScribe) but haven't used them enough to say much about them. I'm a bit suspicious of letting some of the auto cleanup actions do their thing when I can't see what changes are being made. Got to find the time to learn it and use it more..
It looks to me like you have a conflict between the black foil and the fluorescent vinyl. I've had similar issues with Oracal films ... especially when printing with black foil. Your easiest solution would be to bring in a roll of fluorescent foil and print the job on white vinyl.
In my experience, .040" cuts like butter, .063 will cut but with a lot of effort needed and .080 is too much to expect. Cutting Dibond is easy enough but because cutting is done at a small angle of about 3 degrees, you end up with a very sharp edge that may need hand finishing to be handled...
I rarely auto trace. Some of the joy of this line of work is in doing a better job than the next guy and acquiring clients that can see the difference.
