As has been said, that's far too small. I wouldn't even attempt cutting anything that small, there's not even enough adhesive on something like that to stay on any substrate for long. Time for a design re-do!!! :)

Honestly you slapped a poor design on a good sign. Sign says absolutely nothing for the business, looks like it was designed in microsoft word. Great sign construction though, love backlits that are ANYTHING other than a rectangle.

4' x 30' banner... on a 48" printer. Little scary but pulled it off beautifully. 3 identical ones.

Waittttttt, you don't know heater settings or head height yet? New to printing? lol. Head height should NOT alter the way color is laid down, atleast not in the way you're showing. Something else is going on here for sure. I run essentially zero heat when printing banners, then let them dry...

You are a lucky sun of a gun then. There are companies across the nation, HUNDREDS of companies who have lost thousands upon thousands of dollars due to material failing, and Avery not backing them up. If nothing else... it's principle.
