I print with a 1/2" bleed, laminate, trim, line up on board, do a center hinge and lay down one side with the big squeegee, peel up and lay down the other side, trim and usually for kicks seal edges with a Seal-It pen.

Dude... no. Fluorescent is not obtainable via cmyk or a solvent-jet printer. Plain and simple, sorry.

Sure it will. Make a small screen, 1 squeegee, one container of ink, and a hair dryer. Plop screen on table, press, swipe, blow dryer until cured....done. Far less footprint than a decal, total install time, 2-3 minutes tops? A 5 year old could pull it off.

I flushed my system, ran lava inks, and it almost cost me my business. EVERYTHING printed had to be re-printed as the inks didn't bond, and my head was just fried. Ate up the lines, corroded everything, horrible. FYI, 1110 is 100% out of business. No longer around.
