    so you are applying tape to paint and wanting the paint to hold the weight of the sign up? I would look into using physical fasteners (stand-off mounts or french cleats) or have more tape / silicone on the sign to distribute the weight better across the sign

    like the others have said, leave an air channel, use the rollerpro, and then during post-heating use a hard edge to really set it. now the most important fact is the material being used. CAST CAST and more CAST. calendared material will ALWAYS lift regardless of how you set it

    depends on the product but most all items get tagged. for signs, it is always a removable decal, typically on the backside. banners on the fold over portion of the hem, we also include cleaning/installation instructions here .

    you will have to use a CNC router for this instead of a laser. If there are wanting a dimensional look, I would use stand-off mounts on the backing.
