I do alot of menu. I do my own LED backlit with snap frame (only 5/8in tick). I also do just the snap frame if the customer do not want the light.

I've bought a shaviv double burr tool and never figure how to use it on dibond. It carve in the aluminum intead of just shaving it.

Hi, I don't have a flatbed printer, so then I need to apply vinyl to substrate. Sometime, the vinyl on the corners lift from the substrate after my custumer install his sign. How do you manage this to prevent it?

Same thing here and I've created my own profile. Never had a problem even on fabric.

I don't know how thick is your paper. But I use a 20mil paper. I manual load it, and stick some weight at the end or load it on the takeup to keep the tension. The edge holders are useless in this situation. The magnet are not strong enough to keep the paper down.

True. My 6 years old niece have done her bed room window by herself. It wasn't perfect, but it was done.

I've never laminated any window perf (store or car) and never had complaint/problem. I have store windows that still look good after 7 years.

had same problem with vandal guard product. And even if it's a anti-graffiti laminate, a green color dry erase marker won't erase at all. It always leave a green cloud.

So if I want to do the same thing I only buy 3M dual lock velcro, print on banner and voilà!? The activator is probably somekind of rapidtac or something similar? And I also don't understand what the plastic square are for.
