We do Sprinters in 2 horizontal panels, join along one of the body lines. A full wrap will be quicker and easier than cutting all that out.

With our 360s I think it's actually quicker to turn the printer off at the outlets and let it reboot.

I got some from Ebay from a German supplier which last well and are quite a bit cheaper than oem.

We also have the Base 62. The top roller doesn't really get enough heat going to smooth out our cheap n cheerful calendared lams. Before that we had an Image 62 Plus that could do hot laminating so you could get the rollers hotter than the Base. That was effective.

We have low heat on our Seal but with wrap lam it's really not needed. Doesn't make much difference on cheaper films either to be honest.

I'm not sure you can. Unless it's an option in the Layout app which I never use. You'd have to set up a new PDF with all the elements in it otherwise and give it the name you want.

I guess you've looked under the heads to see if there's a stray bit of paper dragging.

We just cut into the wall if it's original PhotoTex. You have to butt seam that stuff or the overlap can be noticeable. Opaque we just leave the overlap.

I just signed up a couple of weeks ago and am slowly going through the setup. So far so good. This is the first shop management app we've used. I did have a few one on one web meetings to have them demo it and so I could ask questions. They seem very support oriented.

I'd recommend having a GoToMeeting demo so you can ask all those questions plus have them show you how it works. That costs nothing.

Pricing is there on the website. There's also $1500 a setup fee. You can also opt for extras like more storage and a webshop.
