Thank you for the replys. Ink is defiantly flowing thru the head, I will pull the fuses and recheck. I want to ad that my guy said the sub power was off but the main power was still on. He saw a leak where the ink lines enter the damper and some of the ink got on the connectors of the head.

Hello, I have a question on what happens or what damage can accrue if a head cable is pulled out and reconnected while the machine is on. One of my guys finally admitted to doing this and I think is the cause of our no print issue with our VS640.

Hi, the dampers and cap top were done right before I bought it about a month ago. Im not sure if they are aftermarket dampers though and not sure how to tell. We are using Triangle inks. I just took another check over, I see there is or was a leak from the top of one of the dampers and leaked...

pinched off the drain tube and topped of the cap with cleaning solution.

Fuses checked out fine, tried printing and nothing. This is weird because the captop has full fresh ink of all the colors from the cleanings and ink is pumping thru them so should print. Im completely stumped
