Hello all and good day. We have a VS640 that is circulating ink 5 times a day and we are not using the white or metallic, it just circulates the solution we have in place of it. Is it possible to turn off this circulation and anyone see any issues it may cause?

Had some time this weekend to pull the head and inspect it. This is what I found, from a leaking damper. I thought I would have gotten a low temp code if the head was fried but it still had signal to the board. This ink would defiantly fry it right?

Oh, something else weird to ad, it won't print any nozzle in a test print but it will print a report in service menu. Not sure if that would help in any other last thoughts. It also will print very very faded if trying to print something.

The fuses Checked out good out of the board, I cleaned the cable leads and sockets with alcohol after this happened pretty good. what would be the chances of the print carriage board being possibly damaged? To be honest Im not sure what that board even does. Im going to order up some new cables...
