Most of these problems usually work themselves out.
Keep clicking.
It could be a million things.Like not exported properly.
Exported as selected only and didn't pick up the line etc.
It's could be some box that's checked or unchecked.
Eventually the computer will give up and make it happen for you.
I agree with mikepro.
The difference in ink cost is pennies and should be only a small percentage of the cost to the customer.We don't sell ink on boards we sell graphic solutions that fill the customers needs.
The ink on the board is just the median we use to accomplish this.
Somethings wrong here.What does the 1700 have to do with how much money the machine will make for you and a Mimaki tech can't help you with a machine that's only three years old.

Sounds like you are on your way to becoming a printer tech already.
You could keep banging away at this machine and get it going and you will learn a lot about them along the way or pay a repairmen to do it.

We don't allow walk ins.Hours are by appointment only.But if we should leave the door unlocked and somebody wanders in "Murphy" chief of security handles it.
