We have a leasing compnay that pays us in full and then finances the sign with the customer. We have never had to do this, but it clearly states that if payments are missed the monument/sign will be picked up. The finance compnay handles everything.

I agree that I would sit down and tell them you pay them to work, not screw around and waste time. I would write them both up so you have documentation should you need it. They should have both gone home. If the issues arises again....they are out.
