  1. Need advice on customer installation contract

Thanks for all the responses so far. This is providing great food for thought. I think we will take the legal route just to be safe but I'd love to hear any other opinions on this.
  2. Need advice on customer installation contract

We are a small sign shop that produces a variety of signs and we outsource things like post and panel systems and sign hangers. Because we are a two man operation, we typically only install post and panel signs, new electric sign faces, wall mounted signs, and typically nothing over twelve feet...

What a waste of wood and paint.

  5. Roll up / slat door vinyl install tips

That would be my thinking, as well. It shouldn't be very difficult to line up at all.

Impress BT (Regular) Having no luck matching the web address font, though.
  7. Mack Daddy Heat Gun

Wowsers! What a $500 waste of money. And then they want an additional $100 for the guard and carrying case? That's insane.
  8. I thought this was going to be an easy one

Oh crap. You're right. I don't know what I was seeing. TGIF!

Yep, and well worth every penny. I can't believe how many people on here DON'T have it. For us, the investment was a no brainer.

  12. It's a tough one, fellas.

I've spent the last 20 minutes looking for a match for this, with no luck at all. I tried Find My Font, Whatfontis.com, and whatthefont.com with Briem Script Bold being the closest match I can find thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  13. Kitchen claddings design

The Google reverse image search is so handy in various situations. I've found images this way that I never thought I would find, but somehow it still finds them. Google must use some sort of magical algorithm to dig this stuff up.

  16. Business cards

Unless Vistaprint is a higher quality card (doubt that very much), why not use a wholesale vendor? 4over is way cheaper than Vistaprint, unless it's possible to get a wholesale account with Vistaprint.
  17. Radius corners on magnetics

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'm looking into the Lassco. I'm surprised to find that the dies can cost just as much as the punch, but I found a site where they are bit more reasonably priced at around $90.
  18. Radius corners on magnetics

Great responses. Thanks, guys. I'm gonna try penciling out the radius on some scrap magnetic and see how smoothly I can manage to cut them with a scissors. If not, the Martha Stewart punch is pretty much the size I'm looking for, so I may order that and give it a shot.
  19. Radius corners on magnetics

I'm looking for an easy and economical way to punch radius corners into magnetic signs. I found these on Amazon... http://www.amazon.com/Round-Polishing-Chong-Leathercraft-10-40mm/dp/B010SGY0R4/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1445013819&sr=8-6&keywords=corner+punch+leather Has anyone used punches like...
  20. What do you guys think of this?

Historically, we've had great success with this company. We've sold quite a few jobs and have always received great quality products and service. In this case, I sent an email to the wrong person, who then forwarded the email to their technical department. After looking over the photos, they...
