When you set a "percentage" of a spot colour, it's called a tint. That's why there's a T on the left side of the percentage slider. Another term you might hear for this is screen value, which is an older term that refers to when you use halftone screens to produce a lighter tint of a spot colour.
Hopefully I'm stating the obvious, but once you start peeling the vinyl off, pull it slowly and as close to a 0 degree angle with the glass as you can, to avoid lifting the tint and causing a bubble.

If they don't have what you're looking for, try a profile for a similar material from another brand, like Oracal 5600 reflective.

Hafizan is obviously a crappy knock-off of Madina Script—the latter being the correct match.
Do you just need the Jackson logo? I would bet it's a custom design, not a font, but you can get the logo from a quick Google search.

Here's a help page from Corel that explains how to set your default colour profiles. If these settings are different on your two different versions of Corel, that would explain why you're getting different printed results when you use the same colours.

He wasn't asking if it's Roland ink. He was asking if perhaps you accidentally put Light Cyan ink into the Cyan slot on the printer?
We run a Roland here and I've seen that particular test print many times before. The rest of your colours look relatively fine but the cyan is WAY off.
Here's another one with some similar idiosyncrasies. It has a bit more personality to it than Goudy or Jenson, which might be what your client wants.
