about a year ago we installed a system called E2 and this handles all our orders, invoices and purchasing. it did take a little while to get used to but it is much easier because everything is in the computer now. i can check orders for customers, when i order items i just click a few buttons...
are they a regular customer? do they do this on all orders? what's the difference in price?
what is the job? how busy are you?
if it's a new customer or not such a good customer i would say no right off the bat.
right now our xc is set to print with white ink.
can we convert it back to full color (lt magenta and lt cyan) and if we do this will get better resolution and faster print times?
(not that any of that is bad now but we have the uv that prints white so no need for the solvent white any more)

i just sent my nazdar rep an email for info to purchase it. we have been using the trial and it works great so far. i think the way it works you pay a yearly fee and it's an online program. i didn't get to read all the info on it yet but i was able to match 3 pms colors that previously i...
i have an american flag decal on the back window of my car since 09. it's a little faded but still looks ok. car is always out side and goes through the car wash every 5-6 weeks.
i think under normal wear and tear the inks are ok, it's just when they are hit with chemicals is where you will...
nice job! way to break the bank...haha
i am pretty sure i am going but probably won't stay over. just go down saturday morning and go home in the lat afternoon
do you have anyone local that does engraving. we have a guy who does ours with his engraving machine. ( i am not sure on the ADA braille regulations, he takes care of all that) also you can order them from seton but they aren't cheap
if that doesn't work it may need service (not sure exactly what they do)
we had some issues with ours like that and cost $200 for our supplier to service it. usually the clean and lube will work
also run the test/calibration cuts if they don't work out i would say you need some parts replaced...
awwhhh you are correct..haha
learn by your mistakes hence the jig i made
i figured out to cover the sensor to make it print the whole sheet but didn't realize that once it ran out of material it would pop out of the pinch rollers and just keep printing in the same spot(stupid!!!) but worked...
i think the easiest way to make a problem like a family loss or sickness that causes time away from the shop/office is just make sure you have multiple employees trained to do multiple jobs. fortunately for us we have 20 employees so we have at least 2 people that can do each job, most people...

here are some pics just running a dbl sided coro sign
had to build a jig/transfer sheet to run it through so it would print to the end. also if anyone can tell me how to get rid of the overspray that would be great
i have been using mactac bubble free glass etch, they have matte dusted and frosted translucent. one of them might be what you are looking for and the bubble free feature is very helpfull because you can dry install. fellers and nazdar both carry it
