Thanks, will definitely be playing around with this soon. Summa/router will be up and running next week and will do some trial runs. Any tips for making your own patterns? I think for this one I'll just base it on Gemini and see if we get the job.

Yep. Doesn't make sense that you should be increasing the distance between print heads and media for no reason. More distance = more overspray and less crisp prints. I'd look for a new tech. The only time we EVER run high head height is when printing thick banner stock.

Print white, then color, on clear vinyl. Clear vinyl = you can leave a border or outline and no one will ever notice.
