Take a look Move the head to the left and take a close look at the bottom of the head. A mirror and a flashlite will help. We always say to never touch the bottom of the head but in this case you may have something stuck on it as was exposed to the sticky side of vinyl.

Those heads You will need to pull the dampers and flush cleaning solution through them. Problems like that do not tend to fix themselves

cap top or pump Could be your cap top is not draining and allowing the colors to mix in the cap and migrate into the head. Locate the drain lin for that cap and check to see if it is clear. move from there and check the pump.
