    Just received these $1.00 stand offs and they are exactly what I sort of expected...they came all loose in a box and they have the same sort of finish as earth magnets. here is a pic and you can see a chip in one already from that great packaging...but what can you expect for a buck....

    I notice this happening quite a bit too and then I just phone them and get the answers I need...quicker than 3 days of emails going back and forth.

    Normally when I clean my wiper the ink is a dark rich black....For the last week or 2 I noticed that the ink is now a dark rich brown... My prints seem to look fine...just wondering if something could be wrong here?

  12. Do you really need a phone # on your sign?

    I think with a Pizza shop a phone number can't hurt....have to drill it into their heads ya know. I find it strange when people want me to put their email address on a truck or sign.... a web site is fine, but Ronald.shlongbonger@hotmail.com just doesn't do it for me

    I did the math on using cast over the calendered and the material cost is about double...Now it is true that to do this will result in better quality signs and I may just try it out and see. I also like Mosh's idea of leaving a white reveal around the edges...
