    we had a 2010 Ford Edge and had nothing but problem after problem. Stalling in intersections, on the highway, etc. Ford put a monitoring device in it, and said they couldn't duplicate the problem so we were basically SOL. Fu@k Ford!!!! We went to a Toyota 4-Runner and are loving life!

  5. Pricing Shock!!!

    A guy I know asks me for a quote on a 20' box trailer. 4 sides, 2 color layered cut vinyl. Logos scale out to be about 5x10 on both sides... 3x4 on front and back. He got price quotes of $600 & $750...this sounds absurd to me!!!! I haven't been quoting signs to much lately as I've been busy...

    I will never use 3m. Oracal has never steered me wrong, and they have a better variety of cost effective vinyl.

    Your going to want at least a 100lb pot. ( $1,000 +) A compressor big enough to keep up. 100cfm+ (mine was $4,500 used) Yes you can blast outside. I'd recommend an air supplied respirator. ( $800-$1500 ) We blast HDU and western red cedar. A tangential head plotter is ideal...Or cut by hand. etc.

  12. Cordless hammer drill recommendations?

    Dewalt sucks...I bought one for an onsite job drilling some granite, and it was horrible! I ended up going home and getting my generator and hilti and blew through it in seconds. I gave the dewalt to my neighbor for helping me out as it was fine for regular drilling.
