I was thinking the same thing. That and the company name seems like a little badger bating.

I pay attention to what works (and what doesn't) in all kinds of design. It's kind of a nerdy obsession. One thing I have never been able to wrap my head around is why some font combinations work... and others don't. When you want to combine fonts, what should you consider? Where do you start...

I think the intent and tone of your letter were excellent. Doug is right. Less is more. I also read about banners shredding (etc) about two times too many. It sounds like a regular occurrence. Let me help you take a couple of steps back from this one incident and look at the bigger picture...

If any of you want your next sales hire to be a success, you should consider approaching the problem you're trying to solve from a different perspective. I would suggest you start by building a marketing system that generates qualified leads for a salesrep (probably you, initially) to close...
