If I were cutting aluminum corners, I'd be ordering an Accu Cutter 80. I have a Lassco Wizer CR50 and I'm thinking about trying it on 3mm aluminum composite today. I'll let you know how that turns out but if anybody has any info on that before I ruin my cutter, please let me know.

The ghosting on the glass is there because that area was protected from the environment by the previous vinyl. The rest of the glass was subject to UV exposure and fine abrasion so most likely there really isn't anything to clean off. A cleaning with something like the Bon Ami might help to even...

I can't be sure from the photos but is that gray vinyl under the blue or is that adhesive residue? If it's gray vinyl, I'm wondering why it's there in the first place since the gray shadow is completely separate from the blue lettering. If it's adhesive residue I'm not surprised that it all...

That is an engraving font, in Gerber it is called E-Contemporary acct.ak.rev.c but it may be available under a different name with different engraving software.
