If a line is doubled up in Signlab it should be pretty obvious. It disappears when you convert it to a path before to send it to cut. Unless of course its tripled up. So fun!

If I'm printing a vehicle wrap I just use the same profile on the perf. I've never had a problem.

Keep in mind that eps files can not have a color profile embedded in them. Which can cause a color shift if your workflow isnt set up properly. Example being they designed using Adobe1998 but maybe your workflow is set up for sRGB. Files like a pdf, tif, psd are better because it embeds the...

We have been using IJ35c for going on 5 years. Never had any major problems. We make sure to clean our substrates with methanol before application.

Have you considered that it might be the printers media feed? Couldn't hurt to calibrate it.

why not leave the heat on in the room that your media and printer are in?

For our large format printers it can take anywhere from 3 - 7 days. For our office copier/printer? Same day usually. Or next day.

I've heard they put out some of the best quality prints in the industry. That they are very well made and sturdy. Downside being that they are roughly twice the price of other ecosolvents.
