if you are taking down and tossing these out, also make sure to check with the states mercury laws as I bet there is white neon in those cans. if you have to pay for the disposal make sure you knwo how much that will be so you can pass the cost along

are you making a whole new face or overlaying this one with a printed vinyl? if it were me, I'd make a pattern of this and would re-paint all of it or paint the background and apply black vinyl. how big is this face?

not so much that it has changed but if the heat isn't enough on normal, it might show up more if it was set to high. it would help tell if it is a problem with the heat.
